Royal Holloway University of London's 135-acre campus is located in Egham, London UK and it's one of the most beautiful in the world with everything you need right on your doorstep whether it's teaching spaces, bars and cafes, high-quality accommodation, a sports centre, book shop or our illustrious Picture Gallery. All this is surrounded by stunning parkland that you can explore at your own leisure.

The Egham campus is situated just 40 minutes London city centre and a handful of minutes from London Heathrow Airport, with a number of sightseeing options and attractions, sporting and entertainment venues within easy reach, you'll love Royal Holloway's brilliant location.

For the conference accommodation, please go to the Hub (numbered 41 on the campus plan) and your reservation will be there.

Conference registration and all conference sessions will be in Management Auditorium (numbered 12 on the campus plan).

Getting to the Conference

We're just seven miles away from London Heathrow Airport so you can jet off abroad at any time with little hassle.

You can grab a taxi at the airport but it's worth checking the fare in advance as it can work out cheaper to call one of Egham's local taxi services as some offer deals to our students.

Here is local taxi phones: +44 1753 677677 and +44 1784 471111. It should cost about 18-20 pounds to get from Heathrow to RHUL.

Alternatively, you can catch bus number 441 from Heathrow Central Bus Station (located between Terminals 1, 2 and 3) to Royal Holloway -you can use the Heathrow Express shuttle or one of the free buses to reach the Central Bus Station from Terminals 4 and 5. Alternatively, you can catch bus 71 from Terminal 5 (bus stop 9). You can find out bus routes on the Heathrow Airport website.

From Gatwick Airport, you can take a bus to Heathrow and then follow the above procedure or call a taxi.

Traveling to London

London is known for a well established public transport infrastructure. The best airport to land to is London Heathrow (being only 20 mins far from Royal Holloway). The College is well connected to the center of London by train with a convenient 40 mins ride.
